REsolutions Real Estate Services is currently hiring for the following positions:
Real Estate Sales & Marketing Assistant
This is a home-based/telecommuting position. The Sales & Marketing Assistant is responsible for various sales and marketing responsibilities including but not limited to, posting online ads, prospecting, talking to Buyers and Sellers about our services, managing leads using CRM software, updating listings on the website, handing out flyers, placing signs, taking pictures and putting lockboxes on listings, coordinating closings, etc. All work hours will be logged through and all payments will be made at www.Odesk.com or www.Elance.com so you will be required to set up a profile and sign our Independent Contractor agreement to get started.
Most importantly, applicant must have strong social skills, good grammar and be willing to talk to Buyers and Sellers on the phone, via email and sometimes in person. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, internet browsers and web-based applications (e.g. Google Voice, Gmail, Craigslist, VFlyer, WordPress, etc.). Applicant must have good phone/sales skills, great attention to detail and be willing to learn about creative real estate strategies. Experience in real estate sales/marketing is preferred but not necessary for the right person. No real estate license is required but preference will be given to licensed applicants. Unlicensed applicants may have the opportunity to get their license at our cost in the future.
This is a part-time position with starting pay of $7.25 per hour plus bonus (up to 10% profit sharing on closed transactions) with the potential to become a full-time position for the right person.
